Roles and Responsibilities
- Upload, update, and maintain product details, images, descriptions, specifications, pricing, inventory, and other product information across e-commerce platforms.
- Manage and maintain e-commerce websites and online marketplaces, ensuring product listings are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, pricing, and product data across different sales channels.
- Manage end-to-end order processing, including order verification, order status updates, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring orders are processed and dispatched on time.
- Handle returns, cancellations, exchanges, refunds, and related customer/order issues, coordinating with the relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate logistics and shipping operations, including dispatches, courier coordination, shipment tracking, delivery issues, and follow-up on delayed or failed deliveries.
- Assist with day-to-day e-commerce and business operations, ensuring processes run smoothly across orders, inventory, logistics, marketplaces, website,



and customer support.
- Process, track, and coordinate online orders and liaise with logistics, warehouse, suppliers, and other teams whenever required.
- Assist with customer queries, product-related questions, order issues, returns, delivery issues, and other e-commerce-related requirements.
- Generate and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other relevant tools to track sales, inventory, orders, returns, product performance, and platform activity.
- Use AI tools and AI-powered workflows to improve productivity and efficiency across product listing, content creation, research, data management, reporting, customer support, operations, and other e-commerce activities.
- Be comfortable learning and using current AI tools, software, automation platforms, and digital workflows as required by the business.
