Role Description
This full-time remote Klaviyo Specialist (6 Month Contract) role focuses on driving email and SMS marketing performance for clients using the Klaviyo platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and building campaigns and flows, segmenting audiences,



and setting up automations aligned with client goals and brand guidelines. The role involves analyzing performance data, conducting A/B tests, and optimizing content, templates, and send strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates. The specialist collaborates closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand requirements, implement best practices, and ensure timely, accurate execution of campaigns. Additional tasks include maintaining clean data structures, ensuring compliance with privacy and communication regulations, and contributing recommendations for ongoing growth and retention strategies.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret campaign data, KPIs, and customer behavior to make data-informed decisions.
- Experience with contract negotiation and working within contractual agreements to align deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
