About the role

We're growing our talent team and looking for a Recruiter who can handle two distinct hiring motions well in GTM, Sales, Engineering and Product. You'll run full-cycle recruiting for a fast-growing AI company, partnering closely with hiring managers across India and US.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing full-cycle recruiting for both Non-Tech (GTM/Sales) roles and Tech (Engineering/Product) roles, from sourcing through offer
- Sourcing candidates directly using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray search, and AI-assisted sourcing tools
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and giving honest feedback when a brief needs adjusting
- Owning the candidate experience : screening, interview coordination, feedback loops, and offer negotiation
- Using AI tools to improve speed and quality in sourcing, screening, and scheduling, while keeping candidate communication personal
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date pipeline data in the ATS
- Sharing market intel with hiring managers such as compensation benchmarks, competitor hiring activity, talent availability




Requirements
- Around 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with real depth in both GTM/Sales and Engineering/Product hiring
- Experience recruiting inside a fast-paced startup, ideally Series A–C
- Strong, hands-on sourcing skills: comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/X-ray search, and experienced using AI tools in your recruiting workflow
- Confidence to advise and, where needed, push back on hiring managers
- Experience working in an ATS (Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Good to have
- Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles within the same company
- Familiarity with US hiring practices, including multi-state considerations
- Experience with referral programs or employer branding
