Qualification
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Bioprocess Technology, or related disciplines.

Role Overview





The Apprentice/Trainee will undergo structured training across various functions of enzyme manufacturing, including Quality Control (QC), Upstream Process (USP), and Downstream Process (DSP). The selected candidate will gain practical exposure to laboratory operations, fermentation technology, enzyme recovery, quality systems, and manufacturing processes while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in routine laboratory testing and quality analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Support microbiological, biochemical, and enzyme activity testing under supervision.
- Assist in media preparation, inoculum development, sterilization, and fermentation operations.
- Learn the operation of laboratory and pilot-scale fermenters.
- Monitor fermentation parameters and maintain production records.
