We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, and API Validation, with hands-on experience in Salesforce-based implementations and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End testing for Salesforce applications.
- Validate Salesforce customizations, workflows, process automation, and configurations.
- Execute API testing and validation using tools such as Postman or similar platforms.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure quality deliverables.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide testing estimates.
- Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing status to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Salesforce QA Testing
- Hands-on experience in Functional Testing
- Expertise in Regression Testing
- Experience in API Validation/Testing
- Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management processes
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience using defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and related APIs
- Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
