We are seeking an exceptional Senior Principal, Software Engineer, to provide technical leadership for the evolution of the ShareFile platform. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on engineering excellence with strategic technical leadership, championing up-to-date software development practices, AI-enabled SDLC, platform modernization, and engineering productivity improvements. You will influence technical direction across multiple teams, mentor senior engineers, and play a key role in shaping the future architecture of ShareFile.

In this role, you will work on:
- Lead Design and development:




- Own and drive the architecture roadmap for critical ShareFile services.
- Design and build highly scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable cloud-native and hybrid solutions using C# and .Net Core and other modern tech stacks.
- Lead architecture reviews and make critical technology decisions across products and platforms.
- Define engineering standards, architectural patterns, and best practices.
- Ensure that the software solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet the highest quality standards.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to engineering leadership, product management, and senior stakeholders.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to create business value.
