We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead / QA Manager with strong expertise in Tricentis TOSCA, LoadRunner, and Apache JMeter. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in QA Automation, Performance Testing, Performance Engineering, and Performance Tuning for enterprise applications.
Required Skills:
•
10 years of QA Automation experience.
•
Strong hands-on experience with TOSCA, LoadRunner, and JMeter.
•
Experience in Performance Testing, Performance Engineering, and Performance Tuning.
•
Expertise in Functional, Regression, API, and Automation Testing.
•
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/Azure DevOps), JIRA, and Agile methodologies.
•
Robust leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
ISTQB/TOSCA certifications and experience with SAP or Salesforce applications.
