Role Description
The 3D Interior Designer role at Get Interview Confidence is a full time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The person in this role will develop 3D interior design concepts and visualizations for residential and commercial projects, translating client requirements into detailed, realistic renders. Daily tasks include space planning, selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings, and creating mood boards and layout proposals that align with client preferences and brand guidelines. The 3D Interior Designer will collaborate with internal consultants and external partners, refine designs based on feedback, and prepare presentations and digital assets for client review and marketing use. The role also involves maintaining design documentation, adhering to project timelines, and staying current with design trends, visualization tools, and industry standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong 3D interior design and visualization skills,



including proficiency with tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Blender, or similar software.
- Candidates should possess space planning, material and finish selection, and furniture layout skills to create functional and aesthetically coherent interiors.
- Candidates should possess skills in rendering, lighting, color theory, and composition to produce realistic and appealing visual presentations.
- Candidates should possess design documentation and presentation skills, including preparation of design briefs, mood boards, and client-facing proposals.
- Candidates should possess collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners and to incorporate feedback constructively.
