We need a PM with solid HRIS/ERP experience who has ideally managed legacy-system decommissioning, data migration, or application retirement.

The person will coordinate the retirement of Time & Absence and Payroll systems while managing orphan-data decisions—what moves to Workday, what is archived, and what is purged.

Key profile:
- 5+ years of HRIS/ERP project management
- Workday deployment experience strongly preferred
- Legacy-system decommissioning, data migration, or archival experience
- Understanding of HR, Payroll, Time & Absence, conversion, and cutover dependencies
- Excellent RAID-log, dependency-tracking, and stakeholder-management skills
- Able to challenge teams, identify blockers early, and drive actions through closure

Please prioritize candidates who are hands-on, organized, proactive, and comfortable driving accountability across a complex global program. PMP or PRINCE2 is helpful but not essential. Please provide availability, and Workday-specific experience.
