Process Development
- Develop prototype assembly processes for recent products.
- Prepare work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Optimize assembly yield and reduce prototype turnaround time.
- Introduce continuous improvement initiatives within the prototype lab
Equipment Management
- Operate and maintain SMT production equipment.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and calibration
- Support installation and qualification of new prototype equipment
- Troubleshoot machine-related issues.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards.
- Perform first article inspections
- Review AOI and Flying Probe test reports
- Support failure analysis and root cause investigations.
- Maintain prototype traceability and documentation.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with : Hardware Design Engineers, PCB Layout Engineers, Validation Engineers, Manufacturing Engineering, Purchasing Suppliers & Support design verification (DV), product
