Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Salesperson will engage with prospective homebuyers and investors, understand their requirements,



and present suitable residential and commercial property options. Daily responsibilities include conducting property presentations and site visits, coordinating with developers for inventory and pricing, and managing inquiries through calls, messages, and in-person meetings. The role involves negotiating terms, supporting clients through documentation and closing processes, and maintaining accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. The Salesperson will work closely with the internal team to meet sales targets, deliver a high-quality customer experience, and represent the company’s values of transparency and reliability.
