Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager role based in Indore. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities,



cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients, and expand Ujjwal Freight’s presence across PAN India. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating rates and contracts, and collaborating with operations and carrier management teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing market trends, tracking sales performance, preparing regular reports for leadership, and recommending strategies to drive revenue growth and strengthen the company’s network. The Business Development Manager is expected to represent Ujjwal Freight professionally, maintain detailed records in CRM or other sales tools, and support continuous improvement in sales processes.
