Job Summary

We are looking for a PPC Engineer to manage production planning, scheduling, material availability, and production coordination for automotive components including water pumps, oil pumps, castings, and machined components.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer requirements.
- Plan production as per machine capacity, manpower, material availability, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor production vs. plan and ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare and maintain MRP, production schedules, work orders, and MIS reports.
- Monitor RM, WIP, finished goods, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate material requirements for casting and machining processes.
- Track machine loading, capacity utilization, bottlenecks, and production shortages.
- Follow up on casting, CNC/VMC machining, assembly,



and inspection activities.
- Identify production delays and take corrective actions with concerned departments.
- Maintain PPC-related documentation and ensure ERP data accuracy.
- Analyze production data, rejection, downtime, and productivity to improve planning efficiency.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of PPC, Production Planning & Scheduling, MRP, and Inventory Control.
- Experience in automotive component manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of casting, CNC/VMC machining, and assembly processes.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/MRP systems, and MIS reporting.
- Strong coordination, analytical, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
