Interloop is looking for an HRIS / HRMS Implementation Consultant to join our HR Technology practice. If youve worked on Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR, or any HRMS platform and you want to do client-facing work with founders and CXOs read on.

The role Youll implement Zoho People (HRIS) for clients across India and abroad translating how an HR team actually works into a system that runs it. The work sits at the intersection of HR process, technology, and client conversation. Youll be in front of HR heads and founders from week one.

This is a client-facing HR Tech consulting role , not a support role. Youll own configurations end to end on smaller engagements and co-own larger ones with senior consultants.

What youll do:

1)



Run HR discovery conversations and gather requirements.

2) Map client HR processes leave, attendance, onboarding, performance, payroll.

3) Configure Zoho People modules (Core HR, Leave, Attendance, Shift, Performance, Files, Cases, Workflows).

4) Lead data migration from Excel and legacy HRMS platforms.

5) Conduct user training and produce client-ready SOPs.

6) Manage go-live, troubleshooting, and post-implementation stabilisation.

7) Document requirements, configurations, and change requests.

What were looking for:

Experience: 13 years in HRMS / HRIS implementation, HR operations with system exposure, or HR tech support. Hands-on with at least one HRMS Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR, or similar.

HR knowledge: You understand how leave, attendance, onboarding, performance, and payroll actually work from configuring or running them, not just from a textbook.
