Role Overview We are looking for a creative and client-friendly Client Servicing Intern to support our client relationship function. This role blends client communication with hands-on creative and onboarding work — you'll help design social media content, guide clients through onboarding onto our apps/platforms, and handle basic client queries. It's a great opportunity to gain well-rounded exposure across client servicing, digital content, and product onboarding.

Key Responsibilities




- Design creative social media posts, banners, and content for Kaizen and client-facing platforms (using tools like Canva or similar).
- Assist in planning and scheduling social media content in coordination with the marketing/design team.
- Support client onboarding onto Kaizen's mobile apps/platforms — guiding clients through setup, registration, and basic feature walkthroughs.
- Handle basic client queries via call, email, or chat, and escalate complex issues to the relevant internal team.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding onboarding status, updates, and follow-ups.
- Help track client requests, feedback, and resolutions to ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with internal project and development teams to relay client requirements accurately.
