Role : Assistant Category Manager – Watches

Location: Mumbai

We are looking for an
Assistant Category Manager – Watches
to support the growth and development of the Watches category.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support category strategy, assortment planning, pricing and seasonal launches.
- Manage brand/product portfolio, SKU mix, inventory and sell-through performance.
- Analyse sales, market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with brands, suppliers and internal teams for new launches, promotions and commercial initiatives.
- Drive category performance through effective merchandising, VM, promotions and inventory optimisation.




- Track key business KPIs and prepare regular performance reviews and insights.
- Support negotiations and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in category management, buying, merchandising or retail, preferably in watches, luxury, fashion or lifestyle.
- Robust analytical, commercial and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of retail operations, consumer trends and brand management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Retail or related discipline preferred.
