Trailblazer Consults is a study-abroad and immigration consultancy helping students and aspiring professionals navigate their international education and immigration journeys.

We are looking for a Calling & Operations Executive to join our Surat office. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on calls, good with people, organised, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

? Calling & Lead Follow-ups — Primary Responsibility

* Make outbound calls to prospective students/clients.

* Follow up with leads generated through digital campaigns and other sources.

* Understand client requirements and provide relevant initial information.

* Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure leads are properly tracked.

* Schedule counselling sessions and appointments.





* Maintain accurate calling and lead records.

? Immigration Counselling — Secondary Responsibility

* Understand basic study-abroad and immigration processes.

* Assist prospective students with initial queries regarding countries, courses, eligibility, and application processes.

* Identify serious prospects and coordinate with senior counsellors when required.

* Build and maintain positive relationships with students and clients.

? Office Operations

* Support day-to-day office coordination and administrative activities.

* Manage client visits, appointments, documentation and basic coordination.

* Coordinate with the counselling and other internal teams.

* Handle multiple tasks efficiently and ensure smooth office functioning.
