*JOB DESCRIPTION - SOLAR MANAGER*

*Position:* Solar Manager

*Experience:* 4-5 Years

*Location:* Bhubaneswar jagamara

*Department:* Solar Projects

*Role:*

To lead solar project execution, technical planning, and client quotations for both On-Grid and Off-Grid solar systems.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Technical Planning:* Design and plan solar structures and systems as per site requirements and client needs.

2. *Project Execution:* Handle end-to-end execution of solar projects including site survey, installation, and commissioning.

3. *On-Grid & Off-Grid Expertise:* Must have hands-on experience in both On-Grid and Off-Grid solar systems.

4. *Quotation & Proposal:* Prepare technical quotations, BOQ, and project proposals for clients independently.

5. *Site Coordination:* Coordinate with site team, vendors and technicians for smooth execution and quality control.

6. *Structure & Design:* Technical background required for solar structure design, load calculation and material selection.

7. *Client Handling:* Visit client sites,



explain technical solutions and close projects.

8. *Reporting:* Prepare monthly project reports, progress updates and cost analysis for management.

*Skills Required:*
- *Education:* Diploma/B.E in Electrical/Mechanical or Technician background in Solar
- *Experience:* 5-10 Years in Solar Industry,
- *Technical Skills:* Knowledge of On-Grid, Off-Grid, Hybrid systems, Solar Structure, PVsyst.
- *Software:* MS Office for quotation and proposal making
- *Other:* Positive communication, site handling experience and ability to work under targets

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
