Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs tailored to meet the needs of our guests.
- Manage and supervise a team of spa professionals, providing guidance on best practices and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of wellness initiatives.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs, making recommendations for improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work setting that promotes teamwork and employee growth.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in managing teams within the hospitality industry, preferably in a spa or wellness setting.
- Strong understanding of wellness principles and practices, including nutrition, yoga, and meditation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of CRM software and point-of-sale systems is an asset.
- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
