Pre-Sales Head – Real Estate

Job Summary

The Pre-Sales Head will lead the pre-sales team and be responsible for managing lead generation, lead qualification, customer engagement, site visit coordination, CRM management, and ensuring seamless customer experience before the sales closure. The role requires robust leadership, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the pre-sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

• Develop and implement effective pre-sales strategies to maximize lead conversion.

• Ensure prompt follow-up of all inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other

communication channels.

• Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.

• Monitor daily lead status, customer interactions, and conversion metrics.

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline in the CRM system.





• Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize campaign performance and improve lead quality.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and team

performance.

• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve pre-sales processes.

• Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer queries.

• Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews for the pre-sales team.

• Coordinate with sales, CRM, and project teams to ensure smooth customer handover after booking.

• Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in real estate pre-sales, with at least 1 years in a team leadership role.

• Strong understanding of the real estate sales cycle and customer acquisition process.
