As Community Growth Lead, you will help build brand presence within sporting communities.

This is a highly execution-oriented role combining partnerships, community building and on-ground activation.

You will work closely with sports academies, coaches, young athletes and parents to grow awareness, participation and adoption of Supafuelz.

What You Will Do
- Build and grow partnerships with sports academies.
- Own and grow brands Young Athlete Program (YAP).
- Build engaged communities of young athletes and parents.
- Plan and execute academy activations, tournaments and community initiatives.
- Build robust relationships with coaches, academy owners and parents.
- Identify opportunities to grow brand within sporting communities.
- Track outcomes and continuously improve what works.

Experience in sports, partnerships, events, community building, business development or consumer startups would be an advantage.
