Role & responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C/C++ and Visual C++.
- Analyze existing code, implement enhancements, and fix defects.
- Troubleshoot application issues, crashes, memory leaks, and performance problems.
- Work with Win32 API, MFC, STL, and Windows development frameworks.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards and quality.
- Collaborate with QA, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the SDLC.
- Perform root-cause analysis and provide effective technical solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in C/C++ development.
- Strong knowledge of OOP, STL, data structures, and memory management.
- Experience with Visual Studio, Win32 API, and/or MFC.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of multithreading and IPC is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SQL and Git is desirable.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
