Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily production operations to meet quality standards and productivity targets.
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch recent products (NPD) and maintain existing ones in frozen food processing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including cold chain management, packaging, and labeling.
Job Requirements :
- 15-20 years of experience in frozen food manufacturing or related industry.
- Strong understanding of NPD processes, including concept development, prototyping, testing, and commercialization.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects from ideation to execution.
- Excellent knowledge of process control techniques for maintaining high-quality products under various conditions.
