Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Customer Success and Production Support teams to ensure efficient post-implementation support and partner engagement.

Oversee end-to-end platform implementation and adoption across insurer and distributor ecosystems.

Act as a bridge between business and technology teams translating business requirements into solution outcomes.

Oversee API-based integrations between insurer and distributor systems (functional understanding required).

Manage partner onboarding, contractual obligations, SLAs, and billing in alignment with defined agreements.

Ensure consistent and high-quality support experience through proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.

Track key metrics related to platform performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with product and technology teams to provide insights on enhancements, features, and usability improvements.





Drive change management and communication plans to promote adoption and effective use of the platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, or Technology.

Strong knowledge of insurance operations, distribution models, and partner management.

Proven experience (4+ years) in insurance technology implementation, project delivery, or customer success leadership.

Understanding of API-based integrations, data exchange standards, and platform interoperability (functional level).

Experience handling contracts, SLAs, and billing management.

Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across business, technical, and partner teams.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

Prior experience in InsurTech, aggregator, or B2B insurance platform environments preferred.
