SAP S/4HANA SD Analyst

Insight Global is hiring for an SAP S/4HANA SD Analyst to support a global manufacturing organization. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to enhance Sales & Distribution processes, support SAP initiatives, and drive operational improvements across the order-to-cash lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Support SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) processes including sales order management, pricing, quotations, deliveries, shipping, billing, invoicing, and customer master data.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into SAP solutions.
- Support SAP configuration activities, troubleshooting, testing, and production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting Material Management (MM), inventory, procurement, and supply chain operations.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve SAP production issues.
- Execute system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities for enhancements and releases.
- Develop process documentation,



functional specifications, and end-user training materials.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes and SAP functionality.
- Provide ongoing support to end users and business teams within a manufacturing setting.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience.
- Strong experience supporting SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes.
- Experience with:
- Sales Order Management
- Pricing & Quotations
- Deliveries & Shipping
- Billing & Invoicing
- Customer Master Data
- Experience with SAP Material Management (MM) and knowledge of inventory and procurement processes.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions.
- Experience with SAP configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
