We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Designer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their design career to work across social media, branding, and marketing collateral in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), including static posts, carousels, and stories
- Support the creation of marketing collateral — brochures, banners, flyers, presentations, and email templates
- Assist in developing visual assets aligned with brand guidelines
- Work closely with the marketing/content team to translate ideas and copy into engaging visuals
- Edit and resize creatives for multiple platforms and formats
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and social media best practices
- Support basic video/reel editing for social content (if applicable)
- Maintain organized design files and folders for easy access and reuse

Requirements
- Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts,



or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Working knowledge of design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva; familiarity with Figma is a plus
- Basic understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
- A strong portfolio showcasing design projects (academic, freelance, or personal)
- Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a creative team environment
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut) is a plus, not mandatory
