- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash, bank, and petty cash transactions.
- Prepare and maintain production-wise/project-wise accounts and expense statements.
- Monitor and record all film production expenses, including location expenses, artist payments, crew salaries, equipment rentals, travel, accommodation, food, and other production costs.
- Verify bills, invoices, vouchers, supporting documents, and payment requests before processing.
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- 3–7 years of experience in accounting, preferably in film production, media, entertainment, or project-based industries.
- Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST and TDS.
- Valuable understanding of project-wise costing and expense management.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under production deadlines.




- Knowledge of Malayalam and English is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to shooting locations when required.
- Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliation.
- Monitor advances issued to production staff, artists, crew members, and vendors and ensure timely settlement.
- Ensure proper documentation and accounting of production advances and reimbursements.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and production-related information.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely correction and reconciliation.
- Support management in budgeting, cost control, financial analysis, and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and financial procedures.
- Manage accounting records and reports using Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
