Job Description
- Drive overall SITC business strategy, growth and market expansion initiatives.
- Own revenue, order book, profitability and business performance targets.
- Build and manage a robust chance pipeline across public and private sectors.
- Lead customer acquisition, strategic account development and cross-sell initiatives.
- Own bid/no-bid decisions, pursuit strategy and commercial positioning.
- Govern tendering, costing, pricing strategy and commercial risk management.
- Oversee execution performance of awarded projects and contractual commitments.
- Drive customer satisfaction, delivery excellence and business outcomes.
- Manage strategic partnerships with OEMs and technology providers.
- Develop high-performing business development,

The Successful Applicant
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills with 15 to 20 years of experience in System Integration (SI), SITC sales or business leadership roles.
- Proven experience owning an SI business line, regional business or large bid management function.
- Strong exposure to government, PSU and enterprise tendering environments.
- Deep understanding of security and smart infrastructure technologies including CCTV, VMS, Access Control, PIDS, ICCC and AI Analytics.
- Demonstrated capability in strategic sales, commercial negotiations, P&L; management and business scaling.
- Engineering qualification preferred; MBA or equivalent business qualification will be advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across sales, technology, finance, procurement and delivery functions.
