Role & responsibilities
- Lead technical support, maintenance, enhancement, and continuous improvement of the Medius Invoice Automation platform.
- Manage and support integrations between Medius and SAP/Oracle or other enterprise ERP systems.
- Design, develop, consume, and troubleshoot REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Work with PL/SQL and SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, query optimization, and database support.
- Troubleshoot complex application, database, and integration issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Monitor application performance using Dynatrace and observability tools, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
- Support middleware and integration technologies such as SOLACE, HIP, JSON, XML, and XSLT.
- Manage batch processing, scheduling, automation, and data migration activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, ERP teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Participate in incident, problem, change, and release management activities in line with ITIL practices.
- Ensure applications and integrations comply with security, audit, governance, and operational standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, knowledge articles, support procedures, and SOPs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
- 7 - 10 years of experience in enterprise application support, development, and integration.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Medius Invoice Automation or similar AP/Invoice Automation platforms.
- Solid expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
- Experience integrating Medius with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, middleware, SOLACE/HIP, JSON, XML, and XSLT.
- Exposure to Azure/AWS, automation, batch processing, and scheduling tools is preferred.
