As a Legal Entity Controller (LEC) within CIB, you are responsible for overseeing activities in legal entities, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial results and statements. The current opening is within GFBM CIB Controllers in Bengaluru, which is part of the CIB Line of Business (LOB) within GFBM India.

Job Responsibilities




- Ensure regulatory reporting and compliance for key Asia Pacific regulators (RBI, HKMA, MAS, APRA, etc.).
- Complete fortnightly capital adequacy, CRR, and SLR reporting as required by RBI.
- Manage monthly capital adequacy, PL, and balance sheet reporting for Legal Entity Controllers.
- Oversee quarterly capital adequacy submissions and survey-based reporting to local government statistical departments.
- Supervise FR/FFIEC reporting, expense and revenue allocations, local regulatory submissions, and FX hedging.
- Oversee daily and weekly monitoring of critical ratios, including capital adequacy, liquidity, FX, and large exposures.
- Prepare and submit weekly financial statements and liquidity reports for selected balance sheet items.
- Conduct quarterly PL and balance sheet reporting, including onshore/offshore ratio-based analysis.
