Role Overview

Creeno Solutions is looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for the Indian IT market and be able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end domestic IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Negotiate salaries and manage candidate closures.
- Maintain candidate and recruitment status updates.




- Work closely with hiring teams to understand requirements and deliver suitable profiles.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of the Indian IT recruitment market.
- Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred/required.
- No US IT Recruitment experience — only Domestic IT Recruiters will be considered
