We are looking for a skilled and responsible Machine Operator to operate and monitor machinery used in the manufacturing of auto hinges. The candidate will be responsible for running machines efficiently, maintaining production quality, following safety procedures, and ensuring smooth day-to-day production operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor auto hinge manufacturing machines as per production requirements.
- Set up machines and adjust basic operating parameters as required.
- Load and unload raw materials and components into the machines.
- Monitor machine performance and identify abnormalities during production.
- Inspect finished components for dimensions, quality, and defects.
- Maintain consistent production output while meeting quality standards.
- Perform basic machine cleaning, lubrication, and routine maintenance.
- Report machine breakdowns, defects, or production issues to the supervisor.
- Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workstation.
- Record production quantities, rejection,



and other relevant production data.

Requirements
- ITI / Diploma or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator in manufacturing, engineering, hardware, automotive, or similar industries will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of machine operations and production processes.
- Ability to use basic measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and gauges.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
