Job Summary

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

ROC Compliance (Companies & LLPs) & Governance
- Ensure timely compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, LLP Act, 2008, and other applicable corporate laws for all Companies and LLPs within the group.
- Ensure timely completion of all secretarial, ROC, GST, and statutory compliances.
- Manage drafting agendas, notices, resolutions, minutes, and other secretarial documents with the Company Secretary.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, minutes books, and secretarial documentation for Companies and LLPs with the Company Secretary.
- Support due diligence, legal documentation, and secretarial audits.
- Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in implementing and strengthening internal controls and governance practices.

Accounting & Finance




- Review accounting entries and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.
- Support financial reporting, reconciliations, and MIS preparation.
- Assist in the maintenance of books of accounts and statutory records.

GST & Tax Compliance
- Prepare, review and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return, etc.).
- Reconcile GST data with books of accounts and as required.
- Monitor GST compliance across business operations.
- Coordinate with tax consultants for GST and other indirect tax matters.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.com) or related field.
- Preferred Company Secretary (Member of ICSI) not mandate.

Experience
- 4–5 years of post-qualification experience in Secretarial, ROC, Accounting, and GST compliance.
- Experience in handling multiple group companies or LLPs will be preferred.
