Your experience and talents will make the difference to:
- Lead the team of Managers / resources in Plant maintenance team – Mechanical, E&I;, Utility’s & Civil




- Plan and improve the maintenance efficiency by work order flow management – CMMS
- Run reliability improvement program with continuous focus and working on key maintenance KPI’s like MTTR / MTBF / Emergency rate
- Oversee technical maintenance requirement of non-manufacturing areas as per the requirement of support functions
- Over seeing planned maintenance of all plant and machinery to ensure reliable operation with optimum cost
- Ensure availability of Electricity, steam and other Utility service for un interrupted plant production activity’s as per plan
- Coach and train the team members w.r.t to best maintenance practices, HSE
- Project governance – Prepare the Plant improvement / compliance / repair project and execute the same with in time line & budget
- Oversee maintenance excellence program for the plant as per the global excellence program, monitor and review critical KPI’s
