Role Overview

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative with strong verbal and written English communication skills to generate qualified opportunities for our BIM, CAD and Engineering Design Services in the US and Middle East Markets. The candidate will manage outbound sales activities, qualify prospects, schedule meetings and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads from the US and Middle East Markets.
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator campaigns.
- Identify Architects, Consultants, Contractors, EPCs and Developers.
- Build and maintain sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings for Business Development/Account Executives.
- Maintain CRM records and follow-ups.




- Achieve monthly meeting and opportunity targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales/Lead Generation/Business Development in AEC, BIM or Engineering Services.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in US and Middle East Markets.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/Lusha/ZoomInfo and CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho).
- Ability to confidently interact with international decision-makers.

Preferred
- Understanding of BIM Services, CAD Services, Engineering Design and AEC industry.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and excellent follow-up skills.
