About the Company
A leading Indian FMCG company engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of beverages, packaged drinking water and food products.
Role
Responsible for conducting QA, Food Safety and Quality System audits across plants, franchises, CFAs and vendors, ensuring compliance with applicable food safety and quality standards, and driving timely closure of audit observations and corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible to ensure compliance of the units as per PAPL QA Systems and FSSAI standards.
- Number of plants, franchise, CFA and vendors audited
- Man-days of training conducted
- Submission of consistent, complete and accurate reports on time
- Measuring effectiveness of Training and Audits
- Supporting QA and plant team for effective closure of corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Analysis and presentation of the reports
- Conducting QA Audits pan India for Bailley water plants, Beverage manufacturing plants and franchises.
- Generating timely and error free reports.
- Assisting teams in forming auditing standards and designing checklists.
- Prepare, maintain and adhere to the Audit schedule
- Assisting all stakeholders for process improvements
- Designing training templates on food safety, quality and other management system
- Planning and conducting training programs for plants, franchises, in India
KNOWLEDGE IN DEPTH :
- Regulatory awareness, networking, committed, team player, customer focused.
- Exceptional presentation, writing and communication skills.
- Understanding of Food Safety laws, expertise in food safety-based standards, BIS,HACCP / ISO 22000 /FSSC 22000 implementation. Water Testing Methods and manufacturing process of Packaged Drinking Water
- Auditing and Training skills on ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000.
