Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to handle both
Online and Oine Marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand
visibility, generating customer enquiries, supporting sales, managing promotional activities, and
coordinating marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, creativity, knowledge of digital platforms,
and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
A. Online Marketing
Manage and grow the company's presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and
other digital platforms.
Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
Create and publish posts, reels, stories and promotional content.
¢ Coordinate jewellery photography and videography for digital marketing.
¢ Write creative captions,



product descriptions and promotional content.
¢ Manage website product uploads and content updates.
¢ Support SEO activities, including keyword research and SEO-friendly content.
¢ Monitor website trac, social media reach, engagement and enquiries.
¢ Assist in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
¢ Monitor digital campaign performance and prepare reports.
¢ Respond to social media enquiries and coordinate leads with the sales team.
¢ Track competitors and current digital marketing trends.
¢ Explore and implement AI tools for content creation, design and marketing.
B. Oine Marketing
¢ Plan and execute promotional activities for showroom branches.
¢ Coordinate in-store campaigns, events, exhibitions and promotional activities.
¢ Prepare and coordinate printing of brochures, catalogues, banners, standees, posters, yers and
other marketing materials.
