Synergy HPL Solutions LLP is hiring for one of its reputed HPL Manufacturing client for the position of Regional Sales Manager for the South Region.

About the Job- As a Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the dealer and distributor network across your assigned region. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and key stakeholders, ensuring product availability, driving market share growth and leading a team of sales executives. Major functions in this role will be-

Channel and Dealer Management- Develop and manage a strong network of dealers, distributors and super stockists to maximize regional reach. Drive primary and secondary sales, ensure optimal stock levels and resolve channel or pricing issues efficiently.

Network Expansion and Market Development- Identify new market opportunities and onboard dealers in untapped areas. Strengthen market presence through competitive analysis, dealer activation and execution of trade promotions, dealer meets and incentive programs.





Team Leadership and Coaching- Recruit, onboard and Develop Area Sales Managers and Executives to drive high performance. Set clear KPIs (Key performance Indicators) and regularly review dealer-wise sales performance. Conduct field training with sales representatives to strengthen negotiation and closing skills.

Operations and Reporting- Monitor regional sales performance, prepare forecasts and share insights with senior management while monitoring dealer loyalty programs and coordinating benefit execution with internal teams. Oversee collections, credit control and dealer program execution to ensure smooth business operations.
