The Senior Client Services Manager (SCSM) is responsible for leading a geographically dispersed team while ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and successful delivery across the partnership. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who balances strategic priorities with day-to-day execution, builds robust stakeholder relationships across APAC, coach teams, and drives consistent results.
