Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on finance professional with 2–3 years of experience who can independently manage key areas of financial reporting, statutory audit and corporate tax compliance.

The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, positive attention to detail, and the ability to take ownership of deliverables and close them within defined timelines. Strong working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel is essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & Accounting
- Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements and related schedules.
- Ensure books of accounts are complete, accurate and maintained in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare account reconciliations, schedules and supporting workings for financial reporting.




- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure timely closure of open items.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting and management requirements.

2. Statutory Audit – End-to-End Coordination
- Take ownership of the statutory audit process and coordinate with auditors from commencement through completion.
- Prepare and provide audit schedules, reconciliations, workings and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain information and explanations required by auditors.
- Respond to audit queries and ensure timely resolution of audit observations.
- Proactively track audit requirements and ensure successful closure of the statutory audit within agreed timelines.

3. Corporate Tax Compliance
- Prepare workings for Indian corporate income-tax computation and coordinate the filing of income-tax returns.
- Ensure corporate tax and related statutory filings are completed within prescribed due dates.
