We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget while ensuring high customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive project execution using Agile and traditional project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.

Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.

Conduct project status meetings and provide regular progress updates.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Drive Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Monitor project performance using KPIs and project metrics.





Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation plans.

Ensure adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, and governance.

Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and project teams.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and project documentation.

Required Skills

8+ years of experience in Project Management.

Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.

Excellent project planning, scheduling, and execution skills.

Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.

Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Robust leadership and team management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
