Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage commercial leasing leads through corporate outreach, referrals, networking, and market research.
- Identify office spaces, retail spaces, SCOs, and commercial properties based on client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective clients.
- Negotiate lease commercials and facilitate successful closures between landlords and tenants.
- Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for LOIs, lease agreements, and other transaction documents.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property inventory, follow-ups, and deal progress in the CRM.
- Stay updated on Gurgaon commercial real estate trends, rentals, vacancies,



and current project launches.
- Achieve monthly leasing, revenue, and business development targets.
- Deliver exceptional client service throughout the leasing process and build long-term business relationships.

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Commercial Leasing, Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, or Commercial Real Estate.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the Gurgaon commercial real estate market is preferred.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to build relationships with CXOs, business owners, startups, and corporate clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
