Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain accurate financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the company's IT services and consulting projects.
- Analyze revenue trends, identify areas of improvement, and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of budgeting decisions with business objectives.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify deviations from planned results and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements :
- 7-12 years of experience in finance or accounting role within an IT services or consulting industry.
- Robust background in budgeting, forecasting, FPA (Financial Planning & Analysis), revenue analysis, and revenue forecasting.
- Proven track record of developing effective financial plans that drive business growth.
