Role Description
The Market Development Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad,



responsible for expanding the market presence of Asia Fertimax India LLP’s crop nutrition solutions. In this position, the individual will identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with distributors, retailers, and farmers, and promote the company’s products through field visits, demonstrations, and technical presentations. Daily activities include conducting market research, analyzing regional crop and soil conditions, gathering customer feedback, and recommending product positioning and promotional strategies. The role involves coordinating with agronomy and sales teams to design and execute market development plans, monitor performance, and support training initiatives for channel partners. The Market Development Officer will also prepare reports, maintain accurate records of field activities, and contribute to strategic planning for growth in assigned territories.
