Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement recent products and processes.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize existing systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports.
- Provide training and support to junior engineers and technicians.
- Participate in quality control and assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
