Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO and organic growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and patient lead generation through data-driven SEO initiatives.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Lead on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO optimization.
- Build and manage topic clusters, content architecture, and internal linking strategies.
- Collaborate with doctors, content writers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to create high-quality, medically accurate content.
- Optimize website performance, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, structured data, and user experience.
- Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and industry-standard SEO tools, and present monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, AI search developments, and emerging SEO best practices.

Preferred candidate profile
- Formal education in SEO, Digital Marketing




- 510 years of proven experience in SEO and organic growth.
- Demonstrated success in improving search rankings, organic traffic, and business conversions.
- Robust knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Local SEO, Content Strategy, and Website Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience managing large, content-rich websites is preferred.
- Healthcare, hospital, or medical industry experience will be an added advantage.
