ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Senior HRBP who is a genuine thought partner, someone who deeply understands people, business, and the nuance between the two. You'll embed with business teams (with a preference for Sales, Marketing, or Customer-facing functions), navigate the complex human dynamics of a fast-scaling startup, and help leaders build resilient, high-performing cultures.

This is not a transactional HR role. We want someone who thinks in systems, listens before advising, and brings both emotional intelligence and business acuity to every conversation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Strategic Partnership.
Act as a strategic thought partner to business leaders, helping them navigate org design, team dynamics, and talent decisions.
- Conflict Resolution.




Handle sensitive and complex employee situations with discretion, empathy, and sound judgment, from performance conversations to team conflict.
- Stakeholder Relationships.
Build deep relationships across your business unit; understand their goals, pressures, and the human context behind decisions.
- Manager Enablement.
Coach managers on leadership, feedback, and people practices, enabling them to grow as leaders rather than creating dependency on HR.
- People Programs.
Drive critical people programs like engagement, retention, and talent reviews with a bias for impact over process.
- Culture & EQ.
Spot cultural signals early and bring them to the surface; be the connective tissue between people and leadership.
- Cross-functional Collaboration.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, L&D;, and Comp & Advantages teams to deliver a seamless people experience.
