Roles & Responsibilities – Quality Inspector (CARS24)
- Visit customer locations to inspect vehicles against complaints or service tickets.
- Diagnose the reported issue and identify the root cause of the vehicle problem.
- Conduct detailed mechanical, electrical, and functional inspections.
- Perform minor repairs at the customer's location wherever feasible.
- Assess whether the vehicle requires major repair or workshop/vendor intervention.
- Coordinate vehicle movement to the CARS24 yard or authorised vendor for necessary repairs.
- Coordinate with workshop and vendor teams to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Conduct a post-repair inspection to verify that the reported issue has been properly resolved.




- Ensure the vehicle meets CARS24 quality standards before handing it back to the customer.
- Coordinate the delivery of the repaired vehicle back to the customer's doorstep.
- Keep customers updated regarding the inspection, repair status, and expected resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and service tickets.
- Ensure timely closure of customer complaints within the defined TAT.
- Work closely with Customer Support, Operations, Workshop, and Vendor teams for effective issue resolution.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the complaint resolution process.
