Qualification
- Ph.D. in Computer Science / Computer Applications / Information Technology / relevant area mandatory as per institutional requirement
- Masters Degree (MCA / M.Tech / relevant specialization) with First Class or equivalent
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Computer Applications / relevant discipline
- NET/SET may be considered where applicable
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of teaching / research / industry experience in Computer Applications / IT / Computer Science
- At least 4 years post-Ph.D. experience.
- Experience guiding postgraduate students/projects
- Exposure to accreditation/quality frameworks such as:
- National Board of Accreditation (NBA)
- National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC)
Preferred Skills
- Robust communication and classroom management
- Knowledge of emerging technologies/tools
- LMS / online teaching experience
- Leadership and team collaboration
- Ability to mentor faculty/junior staff
