Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead customer audits by understanding their requirements Communicating it to the internal stakeholders in order to meet customer audit parameters and avoid any non-conformities/adverse comments.
- Customer complaint – Root Cause Analysis , Standardisation and Horizontal deployment & Internal Rejection Analysis
- Input Material Quality- Co-ordination with VD & supplier on RCA & CAPA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions using tools like MSA, OEE, PPAP.
- Design and optimize processes to meet customer requirements while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Analyze data from SPC systems to monitor performance metrics such as throughput, defect rate, and cycle time.

Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in process engineering or a related field.
- Solid understanding of grinding processes and their applications in various industries.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MSA) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
